For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of experience, strategy, learning, community, and engagement.
A dinner is not simply a meal. A conference is not simply a stacked series of educational sessions. A community is not simply a group of people with something in common - and showing up does not automatically mean someone is engaged.
Each of these moments requires intentional thought and design, a plan to engage within and beyond the moment. My focus is on the journey. The words that peak attention, the activities that could occur before the arrival, what happens when everyone is together, and most importantly, what they do once the moment is over.
